With a bow, none of the examples you showed. I'd hit him where I hit my KS bird, slightly lower and forward of number 2.

With my 835, yeah, it's number 4's head shot.

I agree with Rob.1 is too far forward and 2 is too far back. About mid way between. The vitals are about the size of your fist.
