One of the guys on this site raises deer and he told me he's seen 1.5 year olds 200+ inches (pen raised). Weather its true or not thats what he said in a scoring thread in the gun forum that turned ugly.

A 1.5 yr old IS a yearling.
No chit sherlock, read my post..... Many hunters consider fawns to be yearlings, incorrectly I might add.. Just giving everyone a heads up... carry on.

On game farms I have heard of them in the 160's.... The largest wild yearling buck that any one I know shot was a106 inch 9 point.

Id say he is a little "windy" lmao.the sight I looked at had the two biggest bucks ever, posted on it. One fetched a hefty 410 and change.[:'(]

http://www.alsdeerland.com/ They are huge, if nothing else. Livestock though, plain and simple.

A couple years ago i was getting my deer mounted and the taxi had a very smally 8 pt rack and he said it came off a fawn. I thought that was pretty crazy.
