ORIGINAL: Doegirl75 The only thing I can add to all this excellent advice is to not "overbow" yourself. Shoot at a draw weight that is comfortable. Work up gradually. You wouldn't believe how many problems can develop from too much draw weight. |

Always wear a safety harness if you plan on hunting out of a treestand, and practice shooting from your stand.
