exercises
 
Any info on bow exercises or equipment.Looking to streghten my arms as I injured my sholder last fall and cann't pull 45 lds.

Try finding something that has a spring on it. Pull on it like your pulling your bow back. There's not to many exercises that you can do that use the same muscles on shooting a bow. I wouldn't know where to look for one but I'm sure they make something somewhere for this.

I shoot my bow for exercise of those muscles.

any "rowing" exercise should strengthen your back & shoulders

I do an upright row with 25 lb dumbells and a long bar with 70 lbs on it as part of my routine. I believe this helps not only in drawing the bow, but also holding it a full draw.

Just get a gym membership and get on a rehab for your shoulder and after you are good to go keep hittin the gym. It's good to get into something like that anyway. Find a good split and you won't be worried about your shoulder.

Surgicle tubing is great for working shoulders if you have an injury, id stay off the weights with an injury until its healed or fixed.you can get them in different strenghts.
