Sight tape
 
i have seen sight tape before to help get a starting point for setting up pins anyone know where or is there a site i can get an assortment from

have seen one once with a series of curved lines i think that yo umove intill the lines of the first two line up then it gives you a rough idea something like that anyway

PM Meanv2. HHA has some sight tapes that are pretty much universal. He has some on order for me right now. You sight in at 20 yards and 60 yards and pick the tape that matches the marks for those ranges.

If they are not good shooters I would set them up at 10 yards and closely zero the top pin then move out to 20 and reset the top pin.

Then just move back to 30,40 50 and so on resting each pin in order.

Yeah it takes a little time but worth the effort.

The only time I use a sight tape is on my target bow which has asingle pin scope, what I do is zero the pin at 20 yards take note of the scope setting then move out to 50 and re-zero the pinonce again taking note of thescope setting then put the bow details.arrow details and other info such as nock to peep, nock to scope, how many clicks per yard into ArchersAdvantage then print out a sight tape.

yeah i did the walk back method but i think it would be good to give them an idea the problem is we use meters over here so there might be an issue but will see what we get
