Reflective Arrow Wraps
 

Getting ready to get some arrow wraps from onestringer and cant decide to either get reflective or just white and was wondering what you guys think. If anyone has pictures of reflective wraps with a design on them please post them that will help me make my decision. I am going to be using 2 inchblazers so how long of a wrap would you recomend I want them to be long soI can get everything I want to put on them but I dont want to go to long and not look right.Thanks

I had never even heard of reflective wraps. That's a great idea.

I put them on some flu-flu's for hunting hares in the winter but never really needed to search for them by flashlight. Nifty but unneccessary in my opinion. Be aware that they are considerably heavier than a standard wrap and will effect your FOC.

Not needed, IMO. Regular old white is perfect. The only way a reflective wrap will do any good is if you are trying to find your arrow after dark, and.....if it's zipped through a deer it's going to be covered in blood anyway. IMO white reflects light and shows up just as well.

I went from all white to hunters orange wrap/fletch! I would have a hard time finding an all white arrow wrap and fletching, now I go all orange! I hunt in the snow!;) Easier for me to see in flight and I'm not to sure I wanted to carry anything white in the deer woods!

How much more do reflective wraps way compared to regular wraps.

Ummmm.....a regular wrap is around 9 grains, and a reflective is around 15.

Here are mine. I like them. Thats a 5.5 inch feather though.
