Well I really like pink meat but since we have a G rating here I will go with Elk and Lobster.

My absolute Favorite is Kudu but pretty hard to come by here in the states otherwise my favorite is probably Ruffed Grouse or Bear!

J/K Seriously though, I still love but cant get over how opposite some people's opinion is. I love it. I couldn't imagine a better cut than a grilled anteolpe steak... Is it the different taste, or the different antelope???
