The best way to ruin 2 arrows
 I did this, this evening at about 16 yds with my new longbow. Yes it was on consecutive shots and at the arrow I was aiming for. Normally I am not good enough for that to be an issue. |

 I was shooting at 50 yards tonight and shot threw my target not completly but enough to hit the block on the garage and ruin 2. I was pissed! My target is shot I should of known better! I am going to get a bag tomorrow! |

I'm not going to pretend that just because I pulled this off, that I'm suddenly agreat shot. I could try for the rest of my life and never do it again. I've still got a lot of work to do before fall, but I'm not going to lie, it does help in the confidence department.:D

2 arrows ruined? I must be the only cheap-ass in the world who pulls his robin hoods apart and keeps using the shafting arrow b/cI'm too much of a tightwad to leave a perfectly-good arrow sit inside the shaft of a broken one. [&o][:-] |

I think you need to slop up your form a bit, and break up your groups a little bit more.

Ry - I know you've been fussing around with getting your arrows to fly true... I guess they must be flying pretty consistently, eh? One would think you'd have gotten more of a glancing deflection if your shafts weren't totally parallel.

Way to go Rybo. I got my first one with the recurve last year and I left it together and have it on display.

Ry - I know you've been fussing around with getting your arrows to fly true... I guess they must be flying pretty consistently, eh? One would think you'd have gotten more of a glancing deflection if your shafts weren't totally parallel. And yea, they will be kept in-tact and displayed in my basement room. Thanks guys. |
