Both of these bucks are easily P@Y this coming fall without a dought. The one with the abnormal points, he's got some great potential. I think he's bigger then a guy thinks! You sure got something to look forward to there Wisconsin man.;) Good luck with them.

I did not see either one from a stand last year but then again my area recieved some hard pressure. I talked with the farmer and this should be
nipped now. I will also be hunting more on the outside areas of the property until about the rut then move in closer this year.

Great looking bucks there Tony, very strong genes too boot... That nontypical will be an absolute beast in 2 years.. but hey shoot what ever the heck you want, long as your happy.. Nice deer !

Any evidence as of late that they both made the winter???

As of January they were still around but lately I am not seeing much sign of anything at all actually.
Every year its like this, it seems they move out then spring comes and they are back in until about November and pressure builds up and gone again.
I learned some lessons this past season and hopefully will be on one of these 2 this coming season. Ifone shows up while on stand I will decide
then on if shooter or not as I can probably judge them better that way.
