I agreed to go to a Cher concert with my girl friend The first weekend in Nov. Since then I got invited to hunt private property in pike Co. Ill. on the same weekend. What should I do?

Find out where Cher is playing in concert the week or two before that. Buy tickets, make arrangements to take the girlfriend. Play it off as if you were suprising her with the concert and don't tell her about your alterior motives.

Magicman, if I were you, I'd definitely go to the Cher concert. If your girlfriend wants to go hunting instead, just call Germ, and he'll take the ticket and go with you. He loves Cher too. He actually looks a little bit like Cher, if you turn the all the lights off. Beauty is only a lightswitch away.

convince her she would enjoy the concert more if she took someone that liked cher. and that you dont want to be a drain on her enthusiasm and energy she would have for the concert.
and if she flips a lid just try to old i dont ask you to go hunting arguement. unless she does hunt and then your just SOL my friend.
