I've read where it was bad there. Your total harvest numbers weren't off much.

The info I've heard from In. is confusing. Harvest numbers of around 124,000, nothing huge there, I'd say it was very low, yet many have said the population is way to large and drastic cuts need to be made. Also, I've asked this before and have heard every time that you can kill over 300 deer in the state. Doesn't add up to a bright future imo.

I think the ehd just added to the problems there.

Looks like you did real good getting the deer you got. They will bounce back in no time, you'd be amazed at how fast they can multiply.

I feel you pain baby, I hunt mostly Pike and Knox. You were going to take me hunting once, but you and Ivan through me out of the truck onto the gravel road at 50mph.

nodog, im not sure the total #you can kill, but it goes by how many per county you can take, but only one buck for the whole state. you could clean house on Does.

The warden said that if any of the deer that had gotten bit by the midge and made it through will never be affected again, they are ammune now, surely mother nature would not allow two years of this
