Just another Day at Barnum and Bailey
 

Took the kids to the circus this moning, despite nasty nasty weather conditions. Anyway.

On the way in (it was at the Chevrolet Center in Youngstown) 2 guys are handing stuff out. Figure it's a program or relevant circus info. It was friggin PETA crying about cruety to Elephants and other Circus Animals. I'm carrying my 1 year-old through driving snow and manage to reach out for this propoganda (Unbeknownest to me).
By the time I figure out what it is I'm 10-15 yards away. I crumble it in a ball walk back and throw it at the guy and say I'm a Hunter and then accidently [:o]say a curse word to them and walk away (I say accidently because it was in front ofmy young'ens). The guy walking beside me who thought I was instantly cool, said they had a big van parked on the side-street and he spit on it on the way by [&:]. Perhaps it was knee jerk (emphasizing the jerk part) reaction But I had never seen or been approached by a PETA person.

Brother truely one of the un-advertised treasures of Children. Go to the Circus or Elmo or any of these shows.. WHEW the turn-out they get would root a lesser mans mind..;)
