Thanks for the help "Ya-all" I think that I will spend some more time at the stores indoor before I make my final decision. I am up-grading from an old Parker and think either will be a huge improvement for me.

When Ross introduced the Cardiac last year it was there speed bow. New for this year is the 31, and 37 axle to axle lengths. I seriously doubt the 31 cardiac is considered by them to be their flagship speed bow with a 315fps IBO rating compaired to the 320fps of the 33 cardiac. It seems to me that they took a great bow like the original cardiac and made it more compact. I believe both the cardiac 31 and the black ice are designed to the same thing and the cardiac in my opinion is hands down a better bow. Its not like your comparing a pse x force to the older model ross cr337, those are completely different bows designed for completely different purposes.
