Didn't mean to get in the middle[&:]

That Kansas buck is a hog!! Holy smokes, no wonder you are going there to hunt them some more!
That's a public land buck, shot him at 1:30 in the afternoon after I found out he was cleaning out his scrape while I was at home eating lunch! I tried to hide him in a shallow ditch while I went to get help, but all's I could do is streatch his neck out. That's one I wish I had got weighed.
I lived out ther for 4 years, first year I had to have my wrist operated on the second week of Oct, and did not get to hunt! Second year I lived there I tore my inner thigh and crotch out playing racket ball and did not get to hunt. I finely got to hunt the third year and thats the one in the picture, and taged a 22" 8pt the last year I was there.
Were moving back in July in time for meand the wife to get ourresident tags.

Thanks Guys.
Yes its Fratzke camo Troy. Great stuf, still wearing it today even though its getting harder to get it ziped over my gut , The stuff never wears out or fades.Awesome pattern, I got caught several times over the years going into my stands and had deer bolt with almost nothing in between us and called them back to me as long as the wind was right.
Had 22 deer walk withen 15 yards of me with me standing in the wide open, we were getting a good snow and they came out of a thicket and were on top of me befor I could do anything, so I just stood there with my recurve on my toe and looked at the ground while they passed.
I even got an old picture of me on all 4's acting like I am grazing in the middle of an Elk herd in a wide open field.
Here's an old picture of Bob (Bob on the right) and Len Anglewitz you might have seen befor from their 78 season when he first started making the camo.

I remember getting home from school and seeing that horse laying there!!! It is still the biggest body deer I have ever seen. That thing was huge!!!! It is also a pretty mount.........:D

hahahaha... Love it Silver! There are days when I think ..why not just go totally old school, get some good old camo like that again, sell all my compound stuff and get a long bow and hunt off the ground... I may someday.. maybe sooner than later.. Obtw.. Bob sure has killed some nice bucks over the years.. I have about 6 pix here of some of his bucks..is he still around, does he still sell his camo patterns?

I think that buck you have pictured he killed in 78, late rut right? I read about that buck and remember the buck pictured in "bowhuntings whitetail masters" by dan bertalan

Correct on the picture. They sold out to Bill Ware and Bob did a few video's with him under the name of High Caliber Productions and then it just kind of faded away. I'll send you a PM later this week and let ya know how he's doing and let Dubbya have his thread back.

Hey no worries here, anyone that posts as many cool pictures as you did can hijack any of my threads at any time!
