what in the heck is wrong?

I was shooting today and noticed I was shooting a little low at 20 yards so I moved the pin down so I would shoot good again...well it worked for about 5 shots and then it shot low again and I reajusted it again... shooting good. get my arrows go back and shoot again and now I can't go down any more with my 20 yard pin so I put the 30 yard pin on it and shot good but guess what happend after 5 or6 shots? it did it again... so here is a picture I hope you know what is wrong here! the arrow was perfectly levela week ago.

Are your brass nocks as tight as you can get them? They look like they're sitting awfully high to me. Is there a chance they may have slid up the serving?

Brass nocks moving up....maybe WB is loose and sliding down. It doesnt appear to be very square in that photo.

I checked that and they are not the bottom one is a little but I don't think that would do anything!

Wisker Buisquit is not square and it looks like you are WAY nock high. Almost sounds like maybe your center serving is slipping. Notice any serving seperation on your center serving?

Can you take a picture of your center serving. That is what I think may be the culprit.

doesn't seem to be. I had this happen a few weeks back to but it was not this bad!

It has all the signs of center serving slipping. Does it have the nylon (almost plastic looking serving)?

three things your biscuit isn't sitting right, your brass nock is probably sliding up and down, and your serving may be worn out, causing the arrow and the brass snock to slide like crazy

You've just been introduced to Murphy's Law.

If it can go wrong, it will.

Things do happen that quick, which is likely what happened here. Your rest and nocking point aren't square; not even close.

Either the rest is loose and slipped down or your nock/serving slipped up. In either case, thats whats causing it. Throw it in a vise, square everything up, loc-tite the rest, and crimp those brass nocks down as tight as you can get them.

I would get a loop but the archery shop owner says that you lose a little bit of draw length and that slows your bow up a little to so is that true?

i think somethings not as level as it should be. my friend used to have the same problem. we checked, nothing was level enough, we took everything off, put it back on much better, and more careful. shoots great now

Id re align your WB while your at it. No reason to not have it square for optimum performance.

RE: what in the heck is wrong?
