I'm making my favorite venison recipe tonight. 1lb steaks cut into small pcs. 2 green peppers sliced 1/2" strips 1 med onoin diced. 3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce. 2tbsp butter. put in fry pan add water so it don't burn let it simmer for about 45 min. or until the meat falls apart. serve over a bed of rice. Enjoy!!!

I do about the same, but I add potatoes, cook with 3-4 strips of bacon while the venison is marinating....Once potatoes are done, add cubed venison and cook until medium rare...
