Change of brand. Swapped the Allegiance for the Trykon and some $$$.

Trykon is actually faster than my Allegiance was, according to the chronograph.

If you remember, I bought both the Tyrkon and the Ally in 06, the Tryk was 10 fps slower at least. Is everything the same spec wise in your comparison. Just curious?

Aren't you supposed to use ashirt with the arms cut off when posting a picture of your form on here? You're braking the rules.

Maybe at 80 lbs it's faster;)

Half inch longer, actually. I shot my Ally at 28, the Trykon is 28.5.

I had expected (through all the reading I did on the Trykon) it to be a bit slower, but possibly quieter. I was suprised at the rating I got out of the chronograph so I shot a dozen arrows through it. The lowest speed I got was 289fps, which is 3fps faster than the highest rating I was getting out of my Allegiance.

All things the same, the Ally would likely be right at or maybe a hair faster. I had the 28.5 mods for it, but never shot it through a chronograph with them on.
