How's my form?

How's my form? :D

I took Greg/MO's advice and bought the Tru-Fire Bulldog Buckle Release. I think it helped a lot!

When I changed my anchor point, I can't see out of my peep sight. Should I readjust my peep sight?

Still looks a tad long to me in the draw length. Your peep will need to be adjusted.

Um...is this a trick question? :D

(LOL of course you need to move it,otherwise it's just a neat little doodad taking up space on your bowstring;) )

And to be honest your form looks pretty darn good........it's difficult to fit form properly around those short ATA bows if you want to use the string/nose as a reference. Technically you'remaybe a little long and anchored a little back but not much and you have everything in nice alignment and your using that draw length pretty well. Short bows are a challenge for "target" form. You usually have to give something up for proper draw length and that's a good upright head position because the more forward you go with the draw length, the further the string gets away from your face.
Shoulders look good, and don't wrap that grip hand index finger tightly around the front of the grip, keep it loose or just brushing.

Thanks for saving me some typing.[8D]

Now go shoot and see how it feels, well, once the peep is readjusted.

Your're a lefty, that is all that matter:D\

Check this guy out, he did not shoot the lake that day:D

He might not have been able to hit the spot but atleast he didn't put 1 in the lake.:D

The 1 thing you might consider at this point is removing the loop.I believe that will help your anchors even more. You appear to be at an age where you will be able to put it back on in a very short amount of time because I am sure you are growing.

I tried that once, but I wore out my string serving rather quickly. (I shoot a lot:eek:) That's why I switched to a D-loop. Do you think that leaving it on will affect my accuracy?

Thanks,
Mike

If your draw length is too long your form is going to be wrong. I doubt you can send the shot on it's way with back tension. I'm sure you have to intentionally trigger it. Back elbow too high. Head should be more face forward. You're looking out of the side of your face. Your desk is a mess.... clean it. LOL

The new release won't wear out your serving.

Your draw is probably slightly long but imo,off the string is going to put your anchors just about right and at your age with the amount of growing you will probably be doing, you will be fine just taking the loop off.
