After reading Whitetailarchery369s post about the pic of the hanson buck and ST Louis buck if they both happened to walk past your stand which one would you shoot?

Im assuming this poll is for if you had a chance to shoot one of these bucks if they were walking together...this is the hardest poll ever, i guess i would go with the typical, such anhuge rack for being typical!

I think, if I had the choice, I would shoot the Hanson buck, I love the look of that rack. Non-typicals just don't have the same effect on me as a HUGE "typical"(if you can call the Hanson buck typical:)).

As I have yet to see a non-typical, I'd have to say the St. Louis buck. That and the possiblity that maybe some of his genes are still in the pool where I can hunt.

Looks like I'm going to go with the majority on this one. The Hanson buck is a beautiful deer, and if I did have a chance to take him I would have to cut a hole in my ceiling to fit the rack on my wall.

At first glance I would shoot the non typ. Look at all that bone! If I found out later I passed up the wr typ. I would be sick. Here is another good ethics question. Who would only shoot one if you had a chance to shoot both?

I would wait until they were lined up then shoot them both... since here in michigan I get two Buck tags! :D

Since we are assuming they are alive, I would shoot the non-typical. The Hanson buck was only 3.5 years old and I bet he could really add to that rack in the next year or so!

Now, if Iwake up from my dream and they are both still out there, I would put an arrow into the first one I had a chance to...and have another arrow ready for the next shot.

I'll take the Missouri Monarch.I guess I would settle for the Hanson buck if it presented a better shot. I might pass on both and wait for the Jordan buck to show up.;)

Both, I would have two tags. If the other one ran before I could get another shot off, I would follow him all the way onto PreacherTony's land and get him there! Just kidding.

Easy answer for me...Missouri Monarch...why, because he is "nontypical"...in the literal sense, much rarer. If you spend enough time in the woods, you will eventual see some great typical racks (not necessarily Hanson quality of course). Conversely, you may hunt your entire life and not see a truly amazing nontypical or maybe not even a decent nontypical.

I would shoot at either one.

They are both incredible deer and I would be so awe struck if I saw them both at the same time I wouldn't be able to do anything, I am sure.

Im usually a non typical kind of guy just so much to look at when its on your wall.But that hanson buck is truly unbelievable and a prime example of great genetics.But I had to chose either one.Heck I would take one half that size.
