What vanes are good for the QAD rest. I like Blazers, but I don't knoew if they are good for this rest. I do not like the Dura Vanes, so what other vanes are out there that you guys have used with the QAD drop away rest?
Why do you not like Dura Vanes? I've been using their low profile vanes for 3D, and the Predators for hunting. Fixed blades fly great. Durability and adhesion are good on all their vanes.

I do not have an answer as to what may be another option since both blazers and dura vanes have served me well. I do suggest you give the blazers an honest try before giving up on them. Darndest little things I have ever seen.

If I weren't using Blazers I like the Vanetec vanes. Tough and durable.

The dura vanes on these arrows are very thin and they wrinkle easily.

Cougar Mag;
Here is something you may like
Vanetec Now makes a 2" Vane that is Identical in appereance to a Bohning 2" Blazer Vanes... The Big difference in the Vanetec 2"and the Bohning 2" Blazeris that the Vanetec Vane is much stiffer and more durable ....theVaneTec Vaneswill take some real abuse from thearrow containment rest's.
Coug PM... Me if you want some free sample's to try.... But I only have Pink, a few Green and White.

I prefer Feathers regardless of my arrow rest. If a drop away is set up and working properly it should not make a difference.

The new QS Speed Hunter ST's are a great choice in vanes, especially since the Tiger stripe Blazers have taken such a price increase.
