Awesome Bow!! I hunted with the 06 Allegiance. It is very Stable and very Fast. If the Bow is in good shape that's a good price. Git-R-Done!!

Had an 06 allegiance. Great bow very fast and forgiving for a speed bow. I upgraded to the 07 allegiance because mass weight was reduced by almost one pound. My 07 Allegiance shoots outstanding.

If you've got a good relationship with your dealer, he might even swap you. Otherwise I'd say a pair of mods will cost you between $25 and $30

It's looking even better thank you, how bout this I know for sure that a 82nd Airborne module will work in a 2008 allegiance and increase speed by almost 10 fps but will it work in a 2007 or 2006 Are their cams the same as the 08 and do they take the same modules?????????

... and I know for sure that anyone who does that better not come back looking to use their warranty as a safety net! ;)Just words to the wise...

The ESM mod originally designed for the Allegiance is being used as the smooth mod for the Airbornes. It is NOT intended to be the other way around.

lol sorry got a little excited I don't think i would do it but it's a thought that helps me get over the fact i'm not buying the 82nd just yet. If it is a used bow with out a birth certificate it still doesn't have the warranty...or does it?

RE: Bowtech Allegiance

No, you're right; warranties are non-transferable. Still might not be a bad idea to not experiment with things that aren't intended to fit together. ;)

Andto answeryour original question... my feelings are shared by many that the '06 Allegiance is/was one of the finest bows ever made. I spent half an hour at the ATA show attempting to convince the lead designer to come out with another Allegiance with the current grip but with the heavier '06 riser. He didn't buy it, but I'm not done trying... :)

Yea I'm suprised how fast they are and with a good brace height. With some modifications they could drop the brace down to 6 and it would shoot 345 (i think) then slap a string suppressor on there and it would be like a Bowtech 91.5 airborne get it exactly in between the 101 and 82 - 91.5 I think i'd buy it..maybe you could call it the 91.5 DBA (death by air)
