RE: Been trying to work on my form...
My first thought is your draw length is still at least 1/2 too long, your anchor is also too high and too far back. It needs to be down tighter to the jawline and in a consistent bone on bone location.
Your tilting your head a bit to the right AND back to get into the string. Your release arm position looks pretty good, nice and straight and parallel to the arrow, grip looks good. You just look a little uncomfortable too for lack of a better word.......like you are definitely fighting a fit here. You might be able to make it work to a degree shooting on level ground but the second you try to shoot at a weird angle or down froma treestand you are going to very quickly feel overstretched. You poor stubby armed guys. ;) |

you know matt, honestly i was so caught up in standing up straight and getting my arm right and everything i didnt really do much of any anchoring...[&:]. Im lost without my kisser.

RE: Been trying to work on my form...
I don't think your longto be honest, but a few other things have to change before I can really say. That front shoulder is VERY high and collapsed, and it's going to be difficult to have a consistent shoulder position with it there. It is not bone on bone there, and a lot of muscle is likely being used to stabilize the shot. Bottom that shoulder out, and I'm guessing the DL will be pretty darn close.

If yuo have a proper fit, with a properly aligned peep sight combined with a consistent repeatable anchor a kisser button is nothing more than a hunk of plastic slowing your bow down. How many kisser buttons do you see on tournament archer's bows? |
