I only had the honor of meeting Blake once but he had an enthusiastic spirit that sticks with me still.

Thanks for letting us know, Christine... Stories like this break me down since I've become a father. I can only hope he's in a better place right now.

This is truely sad. I never got the chance to meet Blake but I've heard so many great things about him. I'll keep his family in my prayers...

I've passed this link alongto the people at BowTech that knew him and dipped his crutches for him.

Wow, that's a terrible shame. I never met him but always felt like he was a part of the HNI family anyways. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. [&:]

I just read the story. What a brave young man. SAD. Greg you are so right. These stories hurt a little more as a parent. I don't know why I do it,but whenever I hear of the loss of a childI always put myself in the place of the parents and try to feel their pain and it doesn't take long for the tears to come. My prayers are with his family and to all those who knew him. A real shame a good young man had to leave us.
