Default They stole my idea!

Does anyone remeber this past summer I took an old Montec G-5 and used the bench grinder to cut the sides off? I sent an email to G-5 and I never heard from them. American broadhead company came out with a new broadheads recently that is almost identical to my design.

I remember that now that you mention it. I remember reading your post thinking, man those would be killer turkey and small game heads.

Then i saw these in Bass Pro and thought the same thing, but never connected the two.

That sucks bro.

What is the advantage to the cuts in the blades? Looks likeit would kill penetration.

Looks cool, though looks like a horrible design! those later blades will totally catch/get caught rather than cut/penetrate.

And yes that will teach you. Seriously if you have a great idea, develop it! don't give it away, at least you could've given yourself a "poor man's pantent" ie letter postmarked to yourself.

I do remember that and that does suck! You should post that pick up again so people that didn't see it can see what you did and how close these are.
