Wow! What a beautiful mount. I love the artistry in taxidermy and this one stands out. True, his muscle definition is very pronounced but that's cool. His expression though is what brings him to life![/align]Nice buck.[/align]

Another thing your taxi needs to fix is the horn position. If you notice how the forhead goes up from right behind the eyes, and it should be smooth keeping the same slope as the nose basically. He has the rack too level and not tipped back to the actual bucks position. If you look at your kill photo and your second mount pic you'll see what I mean..... Notice in the kill photo how the tips of the beams are still pointed upward and the nose is pointed down even more than your second mount photo and in that pic the tips of the beam are straight on and the nose is higher than the kill photo. The rack needs to be tipped back and you'll get that better slope of the head and the natural tilt back of the rack. Best way to do this is measure from each beam tip to the tip of the nose and give those measurements to your taxi and let them know thats what you want because alot of them dont do this and guess at horn position like your taxi did here.
