You dont think it will reach 320???????????
It will get 320 with nothing on the string and a 30" draw at 70#, however he is using a 29" DL and more than likely a loop and peep on the string. I'm sticking with my original estimate. ;)
maybe, mathews are notorious to not reaching their ibo #s.

Dude, the bow is awesome at 280fps.......... don't worry if you don't hit 300 ..... make sure you are at your 5 gpp.....

I believe he meant to say make sure you are at 5 gpp (grains per pound). Below this will void the warranty. For a 70# bow this means your total arrow weight should be at least 350 grains. This is also what is used to rate the IBO speed, so anything over 5gpp will cause the bow to shoot slower than advertised. Just all facts of shooting that you can't change.

I tested the Drenalin out quite a bit before I ownedone. Last yearI did a random speed test withtwo different bows on therack and several extra arrows that we hand laying aroundthe shop. The bows were both30in DL and set at right at 70 pounds. One bow was aright hand and one left hand (I'am a lefty). Both shot each arrow 5 times for average arrow speed based off of ten shots.

2007 Drenalin with loop and rad peep installed. 30" DL set at 70 pounds.
386 Gr. Lightspeed 400.............................. ......309 f/s
404 Gr. Bemon Black Max 400.............................301 f/s
450 Gr. Gold Tip XT 7595...................................286 f/s
525 Gr. Easton AC Super Slim 300............... ........268 f/s
640 Gr. Est Gamegetter II (full length) 2219...........243 f/s

I haved since tested my own Drenalin and it came right on with the above numbers.

I agree, you will love the bow. I had one also and even at a 26" draw it was shooting between 265-270. Very accurate and very quiet, I'm sure you won't have any problems with it.
