Elite GTO

oK

Anyone here shooting this bow? I would like to know a couple things.

1. Smooth a draw
2. Does the Draw stop make any noise when you complete the draw?
3. Spped are you getting and arrow weight?

I am opposite end of the speed, I do not want to shoot over 270 fps. Thx for your help

RE: Elite GTO

Our rep was in the other day, he brought his with. I shot it a couple times. Pretty smooth. It's aggressive, but smooth. RIGHT at the breakover point is where that cam really loads. Don't even THINK about creeping, it's gone.

It was shooting 337 fps, on a 29" draw.......63#'s, and I just can't remember the arrow weight....5.6 gpp I THINK.....don't remember for sure.

The immediate feature younotice is the lack of noise. I have never heard (or should I say, not heard) a bow this quiet. Very little hand shock, NO vibration.....fun to shoot. I did not notice any noise from the draw stop.

We've got one coming in to use as a selling tool. Different modules and such. When we get it, I'm gonna tinker w/ it some more. Maybe I'll take a bunch of pics and do a review...

1. Smooth a draw
Guarenteed smoother than any other "speed" bow on the market. Same continuous pull throughout, not a harsh cycle at all. I've shot the 82nd Airborne, and the GTO is smoother.

2. Does the Draw stop make any noise when you complete the draw?

The draw stop makes no noticable noise when it hits the limbs. It has a rubber outer coating on it. Atleast I haven't noticed it if it does, or it's minimal.

At #62 and 28.5"

the GTO at the shop shot a 360gr arrow, 310fps.

At #70 and 28.5"

The GTO at the shop shot 336 I believe.

EDIT: Not sure what your DL is Gary but if it's 28" or under, check out the Fire. 28" 61lbs, 300gr arrow, ours shot 314, with a WB.

RE: Elite GTO

Mobow, if he was to hand you that bow, and you didn't know the IBO speed but knew the rest of the specs, would you think it was a 350ibo bow?
Yes. The cam is too aggressive to not think of raw speed. Would I guess 350 exactly? Hell, I don't know, but there's not much doubt that speed is what this bow is about.

RE: Elite GTO

I honestly don't see it being that harsh. Honest opinion.

Compared to the other 350 ibo bows, I believe it's smoother.
