Aaron you tied for 7th and got 8th due to the guy in front of you getting more 12's.

As a side note....the guy who finished 11th is a local guy, here, who's won SEVERAL indoor tournaments at my club. Outdoors.....no known yardages.....uphill/downhill......it all takes its toll on your scorecard;)

Isn't that the truth. I plan on doing a lot better next time. I shot ALOT better last time...


That miss on the turkey still kills me. I don't know what happened for me to miss the thing that bad? Stuff happens. I could have been in the 280's if I would have made a good shot there.

We also shot it during colder weather than they did too. We started 3 hours earlier than most.

This is a big NO NO at a sanctioned shoot. Vitals/scoring is never to be blocked like that.

NOTHING between you and the 10 ring. Nothing.

Now....shoot a "little" left......and that's another story.;)

We had some worse than this.....but none blocking the vitals. We had a bear on No. 27 or 28 in the afternoon that was worse for Aaron and I as RH'ers. I have NO IDEA how Aaron's arrow got where it did without drawing wood.;)

Jeff, how many points do you think we would have left out there if we were shooting skinny shafts?
