Great thread Dan, very professional.

Using one string to serve the top and bottom is so youDon't get peep creep guys.
Exactly.

When I tie in my peep, thats exactly where I want it, especially on my hunting bow.

If I know I'll be experimenting and needing to do some adjusting, I'd look for a different way of tying it in; however, I plan on setting my peep and leaving it for quite awhile.

Sorry Dan,didn't mean to take away from your thread, you did a good job with it.BUT,there is a way to tie a peep in so the knots can be moved for various reasons and not experience any peep creep.I have been doing it now for for about 10 years and have yet to have one move, but it can't be done with a rubber tube peep.

Not taking away from it at all, bud!

We're all here to learn. ;)

Mine is actually slightly oval as it is... Not bad, so I haven't swapped it out yet, but its definitely not a perfect circle.

Greg - You can make it more asthetically pleasing by doing it on the opposite sidem I suppose. I cut it off and retied it like that and it lookes a bit better.

Mine used to do the same thing before I learned to tie my peeps better. It can definitely be a real pain, especially if you're not aware of what the problem is.
