RE: Corporate Staff??

Yes we are a different staff than the shooting staff, or hunting staff. I think there are now 10 members if I remember correctly. Our responsibilities include, online tech support, working various shows, etc., etc. Matt is our fearless leader and may have more to add to this;)

RE: Corporate Staff??

Exactly. Nor would any of us want anything but...

Most of us (if not all) who havebeen appointed Corporate Staff are financially solvent on our own accord that we weren't looking to the position to "get a deal." Our ranks include a dentist, construction business owner, a manager within a large publishing company supervising 50 or so direct employees (at least), and I myself work in medical sales.

I mainly help work marketing and sales events (Deer & Turkey Classics, ATA shows, et. al.), assist online with questions and other matters,as well aspersonally calling on 2-3 dealers a week within a multi-state region as the local face ofour company to ensure things are going well and running smoothly. We also provide a trusted source of internal feedback on various matters, and offer input and suggestions for upcoming model changes or new products.

RE: Corporate Staff??

So, beside working a regular job for 40+ hours a week, the guys in the corporate staff also spend countless hours of their time that they would be "off" promoting products, helping with R&D, public relations, and whatever else their job description includes. Basically working a second job that pays sometimes in perks, but working none the less. No one gets something for nothing.

That's about the jist of it but I would not call it a "Job", archery is what we all like to do and this gives us a professional outlet for it. These are guys who were doing this to a degree for Bowtech at some point anyway, who shot and used the productsand their loyalty and ability was "rewarded" if you will with an invite to officially join the team.

There is so much support and Q&A that goes on behind the scenes that you guys never see, helping with tech questions, product selection you name it. Trust me these guys earn what they get and Bowtech values their support highly.
HNI just happens to be one of the places where a good many of these guys hang out.
They are the chosen ones, LOL and they really are an extension of the company and an important part of their overall support system.

and I wouldn't call myself the fearless leader, the Bowtech Corporate Staff was the brainchild of Pat Dinan "Bowtech_Shooter" quite a few years ago and I was lucky enough I guess through my ability and use of the products at a time when they were small and up and coming to stumble into the first staff position offering from Pat.
Now I consider everyone at the company a very good friend and family.I feel very fortunate.
It was really neat to see the company grow like it has from the inside out.

You guys don't realize what sort of a resource you have here in these guys, use them that's what they are for.
IF you have a Bowtech related issue or question contact them as they really are an official source for information........and if they can't answer your question they will direct it to the person who can.
