How do you anchor yourself?

My normal anchor points are thumb at the hair line behind my neck, string touching the edge of my right nostril and one fletch in the corner of my mouth. Tonight at league I used some foot spray to look as some suspect arrows and sure enough I was getting some fletching contact on my drop away. I rotated the fletching so the cock feather is straight up, but now I lost the ability to put a fletch in my mouth as it just doesnt line up right. I feel lost and even though my arrows are noticeably straighter, my score suffered 282/300, without this third anchor point.

Where do you anchor yourself especially you guys using wrist strap releases? I'm in search of a new one!

I really dont think about it anymore either. Muscle memory is great. I just draw and shoot the same every time.

My hand comes back to anchor just on feel(can't really describe it), then my kisser to the corner of the mouth, nose to the string(just barely) and center the housing in the peep.

Knuckle of my index-finger right on the corner of my jaw-bone, with the knucklew of my middle finger on my ear-lobe. That way I'm at the right length of draw and I know me hand's not twisted.

Anchor! I usually just pull back and let em fly as soon as I can!:D

I really don't pay attention to it I guess. I know that the string touches the tip of my nose though and that is probably how I do it. It just feels natural I guess.

I place the string on the tip of my nose and my jawbone below my ear between my first and second knuckle. If you need something touching you rmouth just get a kisser button. If you don't want to do that I think you are going to just get used to something else. I am sure you will figure it out just fine for yourself.

Compound anchor is 1st knuckle to my ear lobe and string touching my nose. Longbow anchor is index to the corner of my mouth!

With my compounds, I anchor my thumb just behind the corner of my mouth. With my recurves and long bows, I anchor my index finger on the corner of my mouth.

Not all the noise is the bow,the target is only 6 feet away.:D

The rest of the noise is coming from the quiver that doesn't have any foam or arrows in it.Plus it is magnified in the garage.;)
