This was in answer to the cry that most of the older bucks had been killed off leaving only the relatively small and immature on-and-a-half year old bucks to propagate the herd.
Hmmmm.... Man, I wish those old timers were around today to duke it out with the'let the small ones walk' crowd. :D

Well I can say this that are average age buck killed in my area to date is 1.5 years old! It wasn't that way back then, not even close!
