Moultrie D40 or Bushnell 2.1 MP trail sentry NV???
 

well i was looking to buy a moultrie D40 but my walmart is not currently stocking them but they are stocking a $150 Bushnell 2.1 MP Trail Sentry NV Digital Camera...is this camera better then the D40 or should i travel 50 miles to the next closest walmart and buy the D40? all i need in a trail camera is good quality pics....night pics...a date stamp..a good triggar speed...and thats basically it...but 150 is alot of money to spend so i need to no if i get my moneys worth??? also where is a place i can find specs for the Bushnell???(trigger speed and batterytype mainly)thanks for any imput!:)

I have the D40 and it has worked pretty good for me. The only thing I dont like is the "sleep" mode. When the camera is inactive for a certain amount of time it goes to sleep, meaning it needs to be triggered by the animal first to wake up and then triggered again to take the pic. I'm thinking I could be missing pics because of this, but for $100 bucks it is worth the money. Check out chasingame.com for all reviews on cams.

Do not get either one eats batteries an the otherwill not hold up. Check out the Moultrie gamespy I-40 decent for the price.
