What offseason? I hunt hogs year around, or until it starts getting hot. Then I hit the lake and shoot fish. No such thing as offseason.:D:D:D

I've been unable to walk since Dec. 12th due to achilles heel surgery and I am literaly going out of my mind. I had to do the surgery in Dec. soI could take advantage of my deductible causing me to miss the final 6 weeks of the season here in Florida. The Doc says that maybe next Thursday I'll be able to start putting some weight on my foot with crutches.

Don't speak for all hunters there Grasshopper. I'm not going through a difficult time at all. Spend a month in a hospital or load some friends in body bags, that's a rough time. The season has ended.... that's all. Soon we'll be doing turkeys and walleyes and golf. I'm not having a difficult time at all. I have a life and it's not all about hunting. It's about family, friends, hobbies, work(if you're still working), and many other things. I choose not to have a hard time. I choose to live life everyday for the whole year. If you're going into a slump or think we all should simply because we can't go hunting.... well Grasshopper, you need to evalute your priorities.:)

ORIGINAL: PreacherTony John ..... how tall are you :eek: I'm 6'4" and 325lbs.....BUT ole BigJ is on a diet and would like to see the bottom side of 300lbs for the first time in oh about 25years:) When I left the NFL I was 315lbs, I'd like to get down to my highschool weight of 295lbs. Sucks because I do love to eat.:D Bring it on Germ Boy! LOL:D  |

LOL that is why I am sending germ in, you think Iwould allow my fragil self to be hurt? NO WAY!
I am also on the diet weighing at 243 as of Wednesday Jan 2nd. Now yesterday 234 lbs. 6 foot frame btw. I love that room by the way. |
