1. Let the young ones walk- So you have mature bucks

2. Be a 365 day a year hunter(OK maybe 350:))

3. Being able to seal the deal when he shows up

To consistently bowkill mature bucks on pressured lands that most of us are forced to hunt... country that receives plenty of hunting/human pressure and predatory pressures..

1. You must have at least one big buck/mature that traverses or lives on the ground you have access to hunt, so location is HUGE!

2. Solid game plan/ and lots of time to execute it!

3. Skills and the ability to seal the deal when that 1 or maybe 2 opportunities arises through an entire season.
I thought this was the best answer... perfect Shed... perfect..

Mike I am not sure if #2 applies to you with all the in/out hunting you do.
You all over the place with that lone wolf of yours.

Yeah.. you're correct Tony.. I do move alot.. ALOT...

But I always make a game plan going into every morning or evening. Ask my wife.. I'll sit in bed and stare at topo's and aerial's while monitoring weather.com's suspected wind direction..

Now granted I don't have ample time at many locations to really "set" up a year long game plan...

All I need is a few seconds... and a little luck...;)
