Bowhunting Pictures

Hi, I am trying to find my boyfriend a picture of the Pass-through...he wants to get a tattoo of this. I am not very knowledgeable about bow hunting but i am having a very hard time find a picture of it. If anyone could direct me to a web site or if anyone has a picture of this that would be great.
Thanks,
A helpful Girlfriend in need of help!

Thank you for the picture...but i think the picture my boyfriend is looking for is one where a deer is shot by an arrow..he also said it might be called the perfect shot.

Comon guys, your off on an arrow tangent. Please keep on track to help her out.

I think what she's/your looking for is art work where an arrow passes through a whitetail. I've seen the picture. I'm not sure the artist but there are some great guys here. I'll move this to the bowhunting forum for better traffic.

The artists name is Des McCaffrey and the one he is probably referring to is called "Kill Zone"

Thanks Matt, excellent job and hopefully she wasn't turned off by the hijacked thread.

The pictures I think she's looking for are done by Desmond McCaffrey - called "The Kill Zone." There are several.

Here's Kill Zone V

Kill Zone I

I think those are the only two that feature whitetails. The other three are mulie, black bear and elk.

EDIT Sorry - looks like we all posted that stuff at the same time...

That pic was from a memeber of this board. if you look in the bowhunting contest look for KellyKY and you'll see the deer.

Did this deer come to the feeder with the arrow already in him or was he shot atthat moment at the feeder?

No, you guys are wrong!! This is a real picture taken by a game camera at the time of impact. He has a couple more before the arrow hit. The reason the legs look transparant is that the deer is moving. It was posted back in Sept. when he killed the buck.

RE: Bowhunting Pictures

YEAH!! Your're right....it was somebody here that shot that buck.....who in the world was that......

Yes that does appear to be PS. If you look at the legs you can pretty much see right through them. Good photo shop none the less :D

Dont you love it:D That means its meant to be[8D]

AS for the picture, come on guys, havent you seen an animal moving on a relatively slow shutter speed camera? Aparently seeing through the object because of movement does not mean a photoshop, just too slow of shutter speed for the target. I would say it is probably real.
