There is no exaggeration when I say that year in , year out the Bowtech booth is by far the busiest area of the show, and we just keep taking up more space. LOL
We have a Bowtech booth, a Diamond booth, Stryker Crossbow, Airrowgun and maybe an apparel area as well as probably 8 lanes of non-stop shooting plus the Airrowgun shooting display. They are usually lined up 4-6 deep to shoot the bows all the way across the lanes.
When I say booths, don't think "booth" think an entire corner of the building.
To give you an idea I think last year we had 53 people? working our area and if one of us sat down for more than 5 minutes for anything other than writing a bow order it was a miracle. LOL
We hear it every year, " So THIS is where everyone is!?"[:-]

PA, I'm not getting there till Friday afternoon.....Where do you think you'll be? Bowtech booth?
That would be the most likely place to bump into me. I'm not sure what time we are heading out on Friday, it's up to the shop owner. Hope to see you there.

Word out to the Corporate Guys
I was at my Bowshop yesterday talking toone of thebest bow-technicians in my area. SHE was getting ready to go to the show with 2 others from the shop. HER biggest complaint was that she has to bring guys with her to shoot the new bows as MOST are set at 60 lbs and she can't pull them.
It's a bit of an injustice asthis girl knows her stuff.

GR8atta2d;
I manage a bow shop full time and had to work myself up to pulling 70lbs, but the real problem for meis that I have such a short draw length ( 25.5 ) that I am not able to pull back the longer draw bows....... and of course this really hits home at the ATA show every year I have to talk to the bow manufacturers about having bows setup or bows that can be setup with the shorter draws at the ATA show... yes there are a few companies such as ( Bowtech and Parker for example )that are prepared to accomidate the shoter draw archers but they are the minority not the majority at the ATA Show.[:@]
