I have spoke with my sales rep at Bowtech about people on the internet selling their products under the Minimum Allowed Price (MAP). It is illegal and with serial number tracking I have been assured that all warranties on a product sold in this manner is void.
Being a Diamond dealer myself, I would do everything in my power to make someones bow right if a problem arises. It wouldn't matter to me if it was bought on Ebay or a garage sale.
Just be careful in buying a bow on Ebay. There are some reputable dealers on there and a handful of bad ones......
Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

He is a power seller with good feed back and nothing negative in the past 12 months.
My advice if you do buy it. If you don't do all your work yourself, when you take it to a pro shop, tell them it was a gift LOL!!!
Good luck!
