Default Hammond Indiana Cabela's

I just came back from a visit to the new Cabela's in Hammond Ind.
I looked at their archery section for a long time. The selection was pretty sorry. They didn't have any high end bows. Why is that? They had good starter bows, but nothing to upgrade to.
As far as overall store quality, I like West Va & Dundee better than Hammond.

Sunset Cabelas is consider a "Box" retail store. To proctect the dealers, and the high prices Bow company's do not sell their bows at Cabelas.

At one time Dundee store sold Hoyt, but only the low end hoyts, this was before reflex took over the cheaper models. Diamond are sold at some Cabela's they are very good bow for the $

Sportsmanwharehouse does, it matter if a dealer is located near them. If no dealers are within a certain radius, some will sell to them.

I have never went to one???are they a true box store??? It seems to me that Scheels sold some high end bows too when I stopped at the oneby Iowa City...

More of your bigger stores could drive some of the prices down if they carried them, the mark up and overall pricing really sucks!
