string loops
what kind do you use, metal or string. The metal would seem to me to make more noise when you clip it on but would last longer

RE: string loops
Not sure about the metal ones, but have always used the camo colored string loops. Never had any problems with them. Not sure if the metal ones are a little heavier or not? I just really like the looks of the string loops anyways.

RE: string loops
Metal ones can cause damage to your release.I have personally seen it.It wore a groove in the release and I actually watched the guy squeeze the trigger and the metal loop was hung on the release with the jaws open.[:o]This was a predicament to say the least.;)
The rope ones last a very long time, especially if you have a quality release. |
RE: string loops
i have used a metal one and in the winter time and it sucks!!!!! just to much noise at least thats me!! i have the a d-loop that camo and love it !!!!

RE: string loops
My preference is string,if it is done in the right way it will last as long as your bow string.

RE: string loops
go with the string loop less noisy and the metal loop will cut a little speed off your bow

RE: string loops
The only useful application for the metal one is to use it to figure out where you want to permanently tie in your regular string loop.
