Yep Tony hes right, found it here.....
Units 1M and 77M are Metropolitan (Metro)
Herd Control Units (See EAB section
for all other Metro Units season information). These Metro Units have longer seasons
due to higher deer populations in and around urban areas.
Note: Only shotguns,
muzzleloaders and handguns are allowed in unit 77M, whereas rifles, shotguns,
muzzleloaders and handguns are allowed in unit 1M during firearm seasons.
2007 Gun Deer Seasons–Metro
Herd Control Units
Season Harvest Limits
October 6–7 Youth Gun Deer Hunt (see page 38)
November 17–December 5
One buck deer per unused Gun Buck Deer Carcass
Tag & additional antlerless deer per unused Antlerless
Deer Carcass Tags which specify being valid in
Herd Control and EAB units.
December 6–9
Antlerless deer only hunt:
One Antlerless Deer per

I have been out and have been seeing a lot of deer. With all this snow and cold they are all over the standing corn and beans!!!! I'll be out today for the afternoon and tomorrow morning's hunts! Good luck!

havent been out late season and probably wont, too hard to get around in the woods with the heavy crust on top of the snow. havent been seeing much for sign anyway so why freeze for nothing.
I keep trying to figure out what you're talking about. My cabin is not that far from you and there is not much of a crust and the snow is not that deep.

Besides, you should get out there......the 3rd rut is about to start and your Buck Growl should be working well again. [:-]

Yeah I am still bowhunting every weekend. Haven't had any luck yet . I haven't saw that many deer as I usually do late season. EAB is kicking in. I will be at it till Jan. 6th. Good luck!

I have been hunting a couple times and I plan on getting out every day after christmas before the season ends. I have been seeing a few does, the deer have been coming out early...last time I was out Igot to my spot at 2:30 and the deer were allready feeding.
