Default What Bow?

I'm stuck between a Fred Bear Element or a Pse Stinger. Bow are close to the same price. Does anyone have anything to say about these bows? All i've heard was good for both of them.

Welcome to the forums CJWH. I'm unfamiliar with both bows so I offer this. If you have the opportunity to shoot both of them, in your hands one might hands down make the decision for you. I'm sure both are great bows but each bow tho similiar has to have it's differences as well. Good luck in your decision perhaps by bumping this up, someone who has shot both of them could offer a suggestion.

Again, welcome.

Cant answer that. What is best for me, is most likely not the best for you. You need to shoot them both and decide on your own.

I got my son a Fred Bear Element last year for Christmas. Real nice little bow. No, its draw cycle isn't as smooth as a Hoyt Vectrix . . . . and the IBO isn't real high - might be only 290 in terms of real numbers. But is shoots pretty well and is a very good bow for the money.

I shot a lot of bows the last couple of weeks. I ended up buying myself a Fred Bear Instinct (a little more than the Element, but I thought a much nicer bow) and bought my son a Diamond Rapture (which is being replaced by the Rock). Both really nice bows for the price.
