Depends on the terrain. Some say out to 300 yards some say out to100 yards.Terrain and amount of cover for the sound to travel through plays a very big part on how sounds travel.

no really though you cant put a number on that but i would not think more than 15 yards if you lucky cuz the rest is up to you

Depends alot on wind also cause it never quits blowing here in the Midwest. The only deer I ever rattled in I never saw coming because he came in behind me and was 8 yards from my tree be4 I seen him. I shot him be4 he saw me too pretty exciting if you ask me.

I rattles usally maybe 10 or 40 feet, maxumum. Sometimes the winds are bad, makes the rattles less, sometimes more. U never no.

I pulled two bucks in from 150-175yds this year but it was in a cow pasture / hayfield. I also got one's attention at 200yds but no response other than looking my way.
