well im not sure what happened with the element, improper tuning i would suppose but any of the new bears ive shot all were pretty good, try to get your hands on some of the 2008 line, they were all sweet

i have an instinct and i love it. i know u said only wanted to pay 300 and the instinct cost 400 but i think it is well worth it. i would highly recomend trying this bow out.

PSE has lots of great bows. I would also check out the Browning line.

I will trythe Bears again. I don't doubt that it was that one bow because I couldn't believe how bad it felt.

There isNEW 2006 Bowtech Allegiance on ebay going for $300 (Item number: 250197519561). It probably won't go a lot higher with all of the new Bowtech's hitting the market. This is a lot of bow for a reasonable price. His Feedback is 100% positive with 700+ count.

Well, I did try the Wildfire and tried the Bears again (plus and Instinct this time). I am now the proud owner of a Bear Instinct. Now the smack talking begins (my son just got a new Diamond Rapture). Should be a fun off season.
