My son, I asked him what he would like for christmas from me and he said Camo and Blaze orange jacket and pants. I asked him what about the $18 plastic ball shooting gun from walmart and hes noooo just the cloths.
Then he gave me a big hug. *He is only 6* It dont get any better.:)

If you start early enough you can break him of that crazy gun stuff.;)And for gods sake keep him out of scent loc or he could be lost to the dark side ,and at such an early age.[:o]

I took my daughter hunting for her 7th birthday this October. She has been begging to go for over a year and had practiced fairly hard on being still and quiet for lengths of time.
After 4 hours of sitting motionless in the groundblind we had 4 bucks walk past us at 40 yards - She was amazed!

Now my 5 year old son can't wait to go on his first trip.

MY daughter wants to go hunting also but the problem is she wants to get a buck ,the only thing i'm seeing is doe's haven't seen a buck since early bow season she's been going with her boyfriend but they have not even seen a deer it's been a very bad year may be next year when she comes home from fall break from collgeg.
