You did....and I use that bow as well. My question was for a shot of 100yds (with a rifle).
If you asked me why I'd need a sight on my bow for a shot of 15yds.....I'd say I wouldn't.
We ate pickles for 6 years to get it!

What a nice quiver. Custom made?

I do both as well! I enjoy being in the woods, no matter what weapon or no weapon at all, I just enjoy being the big woods not knowing what you'll see! Its far better than sitting at home in front of the idiot box watching hunting shows!

RE: How many bowhunters have rifle hunted?
I am thinking of hanging up my gun hunting. Waste of my time, I could better use taking off more days bowhunting. I have killed 3 bucks this year, and 2 doe, and still haven't killed a deer with acenterfire orslugin the last 3 years. Ain't from lack of trying. I hunted 6 days with a gun, and only saw 2 deer. Gun hunting in MD is tough. Bow is fairly easy. Marylanders don't know how good they got it with bow. But as soon as those guns go off, places where you used to see 5 deer a morning, you would be lucky to see one in a week. And its not hunting anyway with gun in MD. You are shooting running deer. I love my guns. And really wished I lived out west with some land to actually hunt deer and not shoot running deer.
