my god they shoot a drugged up deer with a fake arrow in a pin the size of someones backyard. He even has the nerve to say "thats the biggest deer ive ever shot" in a monotoned voice. If I were to shoot a buck that size in fair chase senario, i would be in tears of joy and would proably fall out of my stand because i was so excited. this just takes everything out of hunting.I really dont have any words for this. I dont know how someone can actually be proud to spend money on those canned hunts. Hell i dont even like shooting deer with a rifle unless its in "bow range". This really makes me sick. I would rather hunt free range does for the rest of my life than "hunt" like those fools.

This has been posted before. It doesn't get any easier to watch.

Money can make people extremely cruel as is in this case but, I can't understand how those paying $15000 to shoot a falling down, drugged and small penned animal can live with themselves, consider themselves hunters and brag about the trophy on the wall. Disgusting.

That has to be the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I couldn't make it all the way thru that video, I was so disgusted. It'sembarrassing that the people paying the money to kill animals in a pin, still call themselves sportsmen. After watching that video, you can't blame the anti's for wanting to come after the hunters, because right now I want to punch Jimmy Houston in the neck! It's a travesty that we, the ethical hunters, get grouped in together with people that do those type of things.

that film was before alot of rules and reg on deer farming, if you have a deer die you have to send it away for testing cwd and anymore you have to be on a cwd program ..after 5 year you are cwd certified if no deer has it ...and you have to tb test deer before you sell them to other farms...and they dep of ag comes out every year and check your herd and paper work...the film is in worst case scenario.i haven't seen it like that in reasent years..

I hate it when people use the above arguments to support the slob hunters. The real threat isn't the ANTI's, it's the slobs in our own ranks. Until we make up our mind to do something about it, we'll keep seeing it on CNN. And the non-hunters who decide our fate will lump US in with THEM, unless we distance ourselves from this crap.

i think you need your head check if you support hunting like that, really that isnt hunting that is killing for the fun of it, tell me if this is what you said if we dont support all hunting, including the hunting on this vid, we are against hunting, i am for hunting but not killing for fun;)

Only if you knew how much of this went on.. you would never read a magazines and hunting shows too ....
i know first hand about i have deer .. jimmy houston i didn't see him killl that deer in the fence so you don't if he did..i have seen him call turkey in and said bang and never shot them..i don't feel that drugging the deer is rigth but if someone wants to hunt in a fence thatup to them...if its 1 arce or 5000 that thier choice ... and its legal ....hunters need to stick together ...

Sorry man. I just can't bring myself to support hunting if you define hunting as shooting farm raised deer in a 1 acre enclosure. I guess I'm an anti.....:eek:

It's not the Anti's or the Hunters that will decide the fate of our sport. It's the Non-hunting public; the ones who are neither FOR nor AGAINST (they just don't want to see it or think about it) - they are the ones who will decide for us on the voting ballot. Now, do you think the average "NON-Hunter" would approve of shooting tame deer in a 1 acre pen for sport? If you call that "hunting", most people are going to be against hunting. If that's hunting, our days are numbered....[:@]

they are in a fence ,,,what is the differnece if 1 arce or 5000 they can't get away..i guess yuo would call that hunting but shooting and i do have 200 in for sale too
