Always makes me laugh to myself when I hear someone shoot, then a second later I hear 3 or 4 more quick ones. I can't think of anything where I live where it would take 4 or 5 shots from a 12 or 20 ga to kill it. Paul |

This season me and my son only made it out on opening day of firearm, he was trying to whack another Doe and i was just along for the show. I think we counted around 20-25, i dont remember, but it was an all time low. its a good way to pass the time, fun for the youngins!!

I counted 6 this morning, around here, things take a serious dive in December. Opening weekend was a lot quieter also this year.

This morning I counted 6 in the hour me and my family were at a Xmas tree farm cutting down a tree. My group "bagged" 4 trees.

No, its the 2nd gun weekend here(no bowhunting allowed) and I don't wanna know how many shots are fired. I will go out Monday and see if I find any dead deer. The last two years I've found young 8 pt. bucks the day after........either they couldn't find the deer or shot at anything moving[:@]. I am guessing the second answer.
