I was hunting the other day and saw a nice 8 point and he started walking away and I got out my buck roar call and called to him and he immediately turned back around and came back in. So for me it has worked pretty good.

I grunted or "growled" in 2 bucks in the same afternoon hunt about 3 weeks ago.

+1^^^ I 'roared' in 3 bucks inside of 15 minutes after having not seen anybucks all morning. The last one isspending the winter atthe taxidermists.;) While I felt it might be too aggresive and gimmicky, I am sold on it now for use during the rut.

My buddy had one and he always boasted about how great it was. I didnt believe him until we went to a forest preserve and he "roared" a few times and three bucks came running in

I think it is an awesome call. I called in so many bucks this year with it. I am stuck on Primos Game calls now. This year I had a deadly duo with the Buck Roar and the Original Can Call. Almost everytime I did a sequence with the two andI had bucks come running in.

My smokepole kill was a perfect example. At about 7:00 a.m. on Illinois' Opening Morning of Firearms I see 6 deer out in the middle of the field at about 250 yds. I notice one deer chasin the does so I pull up my scope and notice that it was a shooter buck. So I pull out the Buck Roar and hit it a couple of times. This got the bucks attention even at 250 yds. but he just would not come in. After a couple more grunts the hot doe started making her way towards me. She came into 150 yds. and was followed close behind by the buck. I pulled up but just did not feel comfortable with the shot so I let down hoping the doe would follow the fence row to me. Well that did not happen, instead the doe busted out of the fencerow and went right back to where the other does were. As the buck started to follow I grunted twice at him to get his attention. He stops at about 175 yds. but was not coming in so thinking fast I take out the can call and hit it twice. BOOM! That buck just takes off in a dead sprint in my direction. I pulled up got him stopped at about 60 yds. quartering to and KAWACK! I smoked him broke his front shoulder and he did not go but 50 yds.

I'll tell you that I am highly impressed with the reviews that it is getting. I know there are more people on this board that have used them, but there hasn't been one person give ita bad review. I would love to hear more feedback from others on this board.
