I have one, it's kinda light but there none the less. It's actually more noticeable in person but you can see it. It's pretty cool.

I've posted this one before...it is actually typical for Sitka Blacktails to have double throught patches.

My 10pt from last year had a double throat patch. My 10pt is on the left and my buddies deer is on the right.

I asked the same question, last year after taking my '06 buck. Everybody back then told me it wasn't unusual. I have no idea. I can send you a photo of mine.....but it's not noticeable. I don't even recall the thraot patch on this year's buck. Now, I'm interested!:)
